More than 40 years of business experience. A consistent track record of exceeding desired results. Areas of expertise include employee suggestion system administration, training and development (specifically in "experiential" team building), interpersonal communications, and marketing and business skills. Served as a Baldrige Examiner for the Department of Energy (DOE), DOE Voluntary Protection Program Assessor, WesTIP Facilitator, and Total Quality Fitness Review Team Leader.

 

Held numerous positions at various locations across the Savannah River Site including Savannah River National Laboratory, K-Reactor, Analytical Laboratories, Tritium Facilities (NNSA), Quality, Human Resources, Process Excellence, and Continuous Improvement.

 

Holds numerous management and quality certifications from companies such as Juran, Deming, Covey, Tice, and IdeasAmerica (Certified Administrator of Suggestion Systems, Certified Employee Involvement Professional, and Certified Manager of Suggestion Systems), and most recently NMA Certified Manager (CM) and Continuous Improvement Expert (CIA).

 

Ten years working in the printing industry as a professional layout artist responsible for creation of business cards, forms, legal documents, brochures, booklets, magazines, registries, etc. for all Mental Health agencies throughout the state of South Carolina.

Conducted international presentations at:  Ideas Arabia Conference in Dubai (Innovation in the Workplace: What it is and How to Achieve it),  ideasUK Conference in Cardiff, Wales (Longevity in the World of Innovation) and Ideas Germany in Frankfurt.
