Outstanding Council Award
2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019
Council and Chapter Awards are presented to those organizations completing the Chapter/Council Activity Report (CAR). The NMA Council Excellent, Superior, and Outstanding Awards were developed to recognize councils for activities conducted during their administrative year. The activities listed on the Council Activity Report Form (CAR) can be used as a guideline for council programming during the administrative year. This ensures that each and every chapter belonging to the council gets the most out of his/her NMA council experience. Councils earn points for each of the activities listed on the CAR. The Excellent, Superior, or Outstanding Award for councils is dependent upon the number of points earned during the administrative year.
2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019
The Publications Award recognizes excellence in editorial content, design, tone, and flow in communicating the goals and ideas of NMA and its affiliates through the distribution of Chapter and Council Newsletters. Newsletters are important to communications among and between chapter members. Visual appeal is also part of the judging criteria. An award is presented in each size group (based on the number of members).
