About Terry . . .

 

Terry Bartlett joined Lockheed Martin as a direct in 2003 as a Systems Engineer Design Lead for the F-22 Support Equipment Group in Marietta, Ga. In this role, Terry was responsible the design, drawing release, and scheduling of all F-22 Support Equipment for the operational fleet. In 2008, Terry transferred to the P-3 Design team in Marietta to work design jobs for the ASLEP (Aircraft Structural Life Extension Program)/MLU (Mid-Life Upgrade) Mod Program for global P-3 customers.

In 2009, Terry agreed to take an international Field Operations assignment to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada to support the first, two P-3 ASLEP/MLU Modification installation of the Norwegian P-3Cs. In late 2011, Terry was requested to remain in Halifax to support the installation of Canadian Fleet of P-3C know as CP140s. Through Terry’s field service skills, customer service, warranty and business acumen, he was able to stay on-board with the Canadian ASLEP program to ensure eight (8) CP140 completed the Mod installation. Terry continues to support the Canadian government’s remaining fleet receiving the ASLEP Modification.

Terry has worked in the Aerospace industry for 28 + years in Mechanical Design for Harris Semiconductor, Pratt & Whitney Government Engine and Space Programs (GESP), Boeing Airplane and LM (Greenville).

Terry possesses a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU), an Associates of Science in Aviation Safety from ERAU and two additional Associates degrees from Florida collegiate schools.

​

Terry has been a member of LMLA since joining Lockheed Martin in 2003. Terry has served LMLA Chapter 531 Community Service on many programs. Terry is a current Board of Director for the 2019-2020 session. Recently, Terry has been named Treasurer for the NMA Peach Council. Terry will service this new role with excitement and due diligence.
